1st feature on Stage and overall champion - White Hart Cup
Bridgwater : Did not compete (due to fire!)
North Petherton : 9th (Open Feature)
Burnham and Highbridge : Did not comepete
Shepton Mallet : Did not compete
Wells : Did not compete
Glastonbury : Did not compete
Weston Super Mare : Did not compete
Another good stage show winning the White Hart Cup. Not so good on the road when we had a few technical problems at Bridgwater when the main cables from the Cart to the tractor were pulled out on the first corner we took. After parking up in Frederick Road and making some hurried repairs we tried to rejoin the route only to be plagued with problems at the same turning where the front of the cart started to catch fire. Another small fire at North Petherton coupled with financial problems resulted in the club deciding to withdraw from the rest of the carnivals. Not an easy decision but without a doubt the best for the long term future of the club.
